Reservation Form for Hotel Barceló Maya Tropical
Reservations confirmed after the 07th of May, 2012 will have an extra charge of $360 pesos per person.
Cancelation Politics: If the reservation is canceled a charge will apply for the total amount for which it was reserved at the rate it was established.
No Show Politics: The Hotel considers a no show all rooms reserved that the not occupied on the established dates they where reserved. In case of a no show existing, this will have a charge for the total amount of which it was reserved and at the rate it was established per contract.
Important: The invoice will be per room reserved and Only in case it's necessary for internal institutional reasons of each university this will be per person.
